Graduation Requirements
Students who complete the curriculum prescribed by the program and fulfill the requirements of the university and the department, with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.00 and above, are eligible to graduate from undergraduate and associate degree programs. In order to graduate from master’s programs, the cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of the student must be 3.00 and above.

Students who have reached the graduation stage and have a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.50 – 4.00 are eligible to graduate with the degree of “High Honor”. Students who have reached the graduation stage and have a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.00 – 3.49 are eligible to graduate with the degree of “Honor”.

Relationship Termination Procedures
Students who fulfill the graduation requirements are sent a “Graduation Letter” by the Registrar’s Office. Graduation letters are received from the department secretariat.

Graduation Letters are 2 pieces:

Letter: It includes the name check of the graduation candidate student to be written on the diploma and the information about participation in the graduation ceremony.
Letter: It is sent to the departments with the start of finals. It contains information and forms including graduation ceremony information, disassociation procedures, post-graduation procedures and diploma approval procedures.
Dismissal Form Procedures for Graduation:

The Dismissal Form for Graduation is obtained from the Directorate of Student Affairs.
300 TL diploma fee is deposited to the specified bank and account numbers.
After the procedures are completed, the following documents are submitted to the relevant department desk in the Directorate of Student Affairs:

Diploma Fee Receipt
Students who complete these procedures complete their graduation process.
