Vocational High School Graduates Registration Procedures
Students graduating from Vocational High Schools are given the right to transfer to two-year associate degree programs without examination within the framework of the quotas determined by EVRAZIIS University. Applications to these programs are accepted through EVRAZIIS University Entrance Examination System. Applications are made with the Application and Preference Notification Form for Vocational High School Graduates to Associate Degree Programs without Examination, which is provided with the Examination Guide. In this form, it is indicated which Vocational High School graduates can enter which associate degree programs without examination.
Registration Procedures for TRNC National Students Who Graduated High School Abroad
TRNC students who graduated from high school abroad are required to obtain a high school equivalency certificate from the TRNC Ministry of National Education and Culture before starting the registration process at EVRAZIIS University.
Special Student Admission
People who are not enrolled in any of the programs at the University and who are only allowed to attend some courses are registered as “special students”. Students in this status are not awarded a diploma or title. However, they are given a document prepared by the Student Affairs Directorate showing the courses they have taken and their success in these courses. The applications of those who wish to be accepted as special students are evaluated by the relevant Department Head or School Director. The registration procedures of these students are carried out by the Registrar’s Office in accordance with the relevant legislation. Those who apply as special students are required to have at least a high school diploma.
Horizontal Transfer
Students who have the right to continue their undergraduate program can apply for transfer to the 4-year undergraduate or 2-year associate degree programs of EVRAZIIS University within the framework of the established rules.
External Transfer
Students who have attended any university or equivalent higher education institution for at least one semester (excluding preparatory school) may apply for transfer to EVRAZIIS University.
Other requirements for transfer:
Not to have been expelled from a university,
A GPA of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 and 60 out of 100,
No lower level courses,
Transfer applications must be made in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th academic semester.
The applications of the candidates whose conditions meet the above conditions are decided by the Faculty Board within the framework of the quotas determined by the Faculty Board after the opinion of the relevant Department Board.

Evaluation and Finalization:
Applications that are not rejected in the preliminary evaluation of the Registrar’s Office are evaluated according to the criteria determined by the relevant School or Faculty Administrative Board and finalized with the decision of the School or Faculty Administrative Board.
Students whose transfer application is finalized positively are notified to the Registrar’s Office with their old course codes, new course codes, reference codes and letter grades as “exempted courses”.
Intra-University Horizontal Transfers
Applications for intra-university transfer are made through the Registrar’s Office between the dates announced in advance and are decided by the relevant School or Faculty Administrative Board.
A student studying in a four-year undergraduate program can apply for transfer to other four-year undergraduate programs or two-year associate degree programs. A student studying in a two-year associate degree program may apply for transfer to other two-year associate degree programs.
